For basic estate needs at a cost-effective price, my online wills provides an excellent option. The wills package is created based upon your online interview.

Through this unique system, you can purchase a will package which includes the three basic estate documents everyone should have:

A will: a will specifies who receives your money and property after your death and who will be the guardian of your minor children in the event of your death.

A healthcare directive: a legal document authorizing someone you trust to make medical decisions for you, including life and death decisions if you become incapacitated.

A financial power of attorney: a legal document which authorizes someone you trust to handle your financial affairs if you are too ill to do so yourself.

The cost per package: $397

There is absolutely no cost and no obligation to go through the online interview process. Just create an account using your email address and any password you choose. Simply make a note of the password you created so you can access your secure file later.

Fees for the wills package will only become due when and if you decide to schedule the signing of your documents at any one of our eight offices.

The entire interview will take about 30 minutes to complete and you can stop at any time, close out of the system and come back later to pick up where you left off.

If you are doing other business with our firm, you may schedule the formal signing of your personal will package around your other meeting with us. Please let us know at least a week in advance.

The my online wills system is for use with estates valued at less than 3.5 million dollars. Estates higher than this amount will require a personal in-office meeting to be scheduled.
